All pumpkins, gourds, and natural materials used in Porch Pumpkin displays are real products and may vary in size, color, and condition. Because these items are perishable and exposed to natural elements, Stoney Lane Farm / Lowcountry Pumpkins cannot guarantee the longevity of pumpkins once delivered or installed. We are unable to replace rotted pumpkins.
Care & Maintenance:
Customers are responsible for maintaining and monitoring the condition of their pumpkins after installation.
Damage & Liability:
We are not responsible for any damage to property, surfaces, or landscaping that may occur during installation or removal of your display. Once installed, Stoney Lane Farm / Lowcountry Pumpkins is not liable for any deterioration, damage, or pest activity affecting the pumpkins or surrounding area.
Cancellations / Refunds:
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for changes in condition, weather impact, or natural decay after installation.
