Our beef is grass fed and raised in a pastoral environment. Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days.

Ancestral ground beef, a blend of regular muscle meat and organ meats including liver, heart, and kidney offers a nutrient-rich option with higher levels of essential vitamins and minerals.
All of our ground beef comes frozen in 1lb packages designed for long term freezer storage.
Our ground beef is single-source, which means the ground beef in each pack all comes from the same animal.
