Easter Egg Hunt Service

Terms & Conditions

By booking our Easter Egg Hunt service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Reservation

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and route placement. Due to the seasonal and time-sensitive nature of this service, all bookings are final.

All payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Because supplies are purchased and routes are scheduled in advance, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

Cancellations made at any time will not be eligible for a refund. In limited circumstances, a credit toward a future season may be offered at our discretion.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the yard during their scheduled delivery window.

This includes:

  • Gates unlocked

  • Pets secured indoors

  • Clear access to the yard

  • Accurate address provided

If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, loose pets, incorrect address information, or other obstructions, the booking will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

4. Placement of Eggs & Client Acknowledgment

By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Eggs and hidden items are placed on your property at your request.

  • You assume responsibility for the placement of hidden objects within your yard.

  • Eggs are small objects and may present a choking hazard, particularly for young children.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to supervise children during the egg hunt and inspect all items prior to use or consumption.

5. Safety & Liability

Participation in an Easter egg hunt involves inherent risks.

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during the hunt

  • Choking incidents

  • Allergic reactions to candy contents

  • Pre-existing yard hazards

  • Property damage unrelated to our direct actions

All candy used will be commercially packaged and sealed.

6. Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, eggs will be hidden in covered areas when possible.

Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor weather and supervise children accordingly.

7. Candy & Allergy Disclaimer

We use commercially packaged candy that may contain common allergens including, but not limited to, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten.

It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to review all candy before consumption.

8. Delivery Window

We reserve the right to determine delivery timing within the selected window. Specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

9. Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
